Classroom Training
Somethings never get too old

Despite the popularity and real benefits of E-Learning like cost and time efficiency, among others, the classroom training model is embedded in our learning culture and is here to stay, and for good reasons. The tacit presence of human intellect allows attendees to learn from an ongoing spontaneous and impromptu live discussion, with all the non-verbals in play, without making any conscious effort. Besides, it requires one to move away from the noise and pressure of their daily routine and focus their attention and energy on the learning activities.

That said, scheduling and pulling of employees from their jobs for classroom session usually comes with an additional cost of travel and stay. This cost warrants careful preparations to not only fully exploit all the advantages of a classroom setting but to also make up for its limitations such as lack of post-session support and reference material and absence (or limited) instructor support.

KS model for classroom Instructor-Led Training (ILT) incorporates well-researched support material, preparation guide, workbooks, and facilitator’s guides as in-session and post-session learning. KS ILT program kit includes carefully planned time slots for in-class activities to foster social component and peer-peer learning, guided discussion outlines, and assessment rubrics to aid optimal learning outcomes.
