The program covered complete property life cycle to help a CRE professional assist their customer in making sound business decisions w.r.t. demand-supply analysis and forecasting, major considerations impacting space acquisition, buying vs. leasing, property holding period, drivers impacting the space acquisition, costing, government and local regulations, energy-efficient buildings, sustainable development, etc.
The program was delivered through Seminar, Webinar, and vILT. Group Activities and post-course field project report assignments were part of the curriculum. This curriculum was also translated into 10 languages and got delivered in over 40+ countries.
