Blended Program
The best of all worlds

Blended learning allows the learners to access the material online and process it at their time and place with the method most suited for them while providing a set structure and pace for the course to progress through traditional face-to-face class activities.

Although this learning model promises increased reach and success, at the hands of an inexperienced facilitator, these programs are highly vulnerable to desynchronized online and offline activities, a skewed cognitive load on learners, inefficacy in attaining learning objectives, demotivated learners, and increased drop-out rate.

KS model of blended learning provides pedagogically sound structure that monitors participation and maintains an even pace. Mandated collaboration and social learning practices and timed assessments not only help in the attainment of learning objectives but also bring lagging learners up to speed while maintaining a conducive environment and an even workload.
